How do I get a quote?

Using the Brand Innovation website makes it easy for you to get a quote. Simply browse to the product that you want and click on the Get Quote on this Item button.

If you would like a quote on multiple different items, please browse to the products that you want, enter the quantity that you would like and click Add to Cart. Once you have added all the items that you want, click View Quote and Proceed or click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand corner of the screen. Once the quote request has been sent through, one of our sales consultants will contact you within the hour.

I am happy with my quote, how do I place an order?

To place an order, simply let your sales consultant know that you are happy with the quote and we will send you an invoice. Once the deposit has been made, we will proceed with your order. Full payment of the order is required before we deliver.

Do you do branding?

We certainly do branding. We use various different types of branding to give you stunning promotional products with your company logo.

We only proceed with branding once the artwork has been approved and the 60% deposit has been paid.

What is artwork and setup?

Before we do any branding, we prepare artwork of what your branding will look like on the item. This is to give you an idea of what the final product will look like.

We will only proceed with branding once you have approved the pre-production artwork.

In order to do your artwork for branding, we require your company logo or design in a high-resolution vector format.

What is your general lead time?

Our lead time for branded orders is usually 7 – 10 working days after approval of artwork and receipt of deposit. Depending on the branding type, the quantity and our production schedule, the lead time might be different.

Do you deliver?

We deliver door-to-door, countrywide. Our clients are located across South Africa, so we use various courier services for deliveries.

If you are situated outside of South Africa, we can deliver straight to your couriers.

How do we pay?

For items where you do not require branding, full payment is required prior to delivery. Payment by EFT is best. Where we are branding for you, we please require a 60% deposit upfront, prior to branding and a 40% full payment prior to delivery.

Please note that we do not proceed with branding or dispatch until the amount has reflected in our accounts. We really value your business.
